Exhaust ideas for the S5

Hey everyone, I’m preparing the S5 for stage 2 and wanna knock out the exhaust. My eyes are set on JHM test pipe with AWE resonated DP coupled with AWE track exhaust. I’ve been watching tons of videos to get ideas but would love the community’s thoughts too!!

What are your experiences and/or suggestions?

After playing with a few different combos I have settled on AWE res DP + AWE track as my favorite. No grating drone or rasp with the resonated DPs and but still enough noise to know you have an aftermarket exhaust. This is with stock cats, however.

Exhaust sound is super subjective but my thoughts were as follows:

AWE non-res + AWE track was unbearable. Super loud, poor tone, ear piercing rasp and so much drone it rattled my headliner. I like a loud exhaust if it sounds good, this combo was bad.

AWE non-res + AWE touring was better. The touring mufflers helped with the drone but there was still rasp. The volume was OK but I hate rasp, so I kept experimenting.

AWE res + AWE touring was too quiet, barley louder than stock. So, as a last ditch effort I tried the track mufflers with the resonated DP and I like it a lot.
