Lane aassist feedback is generated from the column, not the wheel.

Coding is needed to activate the wheel-based "Drive Select" button. BOTH sides (R + L) of the MFB group must be sourced from a C7.5 RS6 or RS7. The "Drive Select" button sends a CAN-high specific code and the button groups are linked together and is only compatible with the C7.5, and not 2012-2015 years.

Unsure about the heated wheel feature. I'd assume it either remains dormant or stores a soft code in absence of the heated button. It can be deactivated in coding.

If you're swapping wheel styles, consider sourcing a matching airbag to the new wheel. Your heated wheel uses the older, 2-post airbag design shared with the D4 A8/S8. You can find custom wheels that are sourced from that style of wheel frame, but OEM flat-bottom C7.5 wheels use an updated style of airbag that is physically incompatible with your existing airbag.
