APR Carbon Fiver Intake on 21 S6

Just got it in last week and installed it yesterday on my new S6. Kind of a pain to install, plus there was a missing screw that fastens the airbox (luckily I had an extra with the same thread size). Definitely need a flexible extension and small 1/4 inch wrench to get at the bolts on the bottom of the turbo inlets.

All in all, pretty happy, sound is good, and the fit and finish is gorgeous! This intake vs the ones made for the RS4/RS5 actually replaces the turbo inlet piping.


It helped to actually remove the oil filter for clearance and then split the turbo inlet piping apart:

How did you remove the PCV connection from the front of the metal turbo intake pipe.

Actually disassembled both of the inlet pipes (you can see in the picture), and then rotated the actual piping and it came right off without issue!

...and what about the performance increase?
That's a pricey bit of kit, I'd definitely want to feel that claimed +23AWHP +21AWFT-LBS
