Line from fuse compartment to back of stereo area???

This isn't directly stereo related, but I'm sure someone here knows if there is an existing line I could use from the fuse location under the hood to get to the back of the stereo. The wife wants to add some LED strips and they connect directly to the fuse box so you don't have to charge them constantly. I took a look under the hood and didn't see anything obvious.

The car is 2013 A5 convertible.

I'm pretty sure that car has fuses to the right of the glove box but I'm not sure if they are switched or constant.

Ok I'll look on that side also. Only thing I found was in front of the drivers side.
