So I recently changed my dv to a go bits fast diverter valve plus and I noticed it hums after I've turned the car off, is that normal? I did notice it goes away maybe 5 minutes of car being off. Also my engine bay is super hot, I feel like hotter then usual cars my buddy has a gti and we both drove our cars and his wasn't as hot as mine was by alot !! Any suggestions why. Thank u

None of those issues should be DV related.
If it hums, you should be able to pinpoint where the humming is coming from.
As for the heat perhaps check you cooling fans are working properly.

I have obd11 and I always get the cooling oil valve electrica error comes up, I'll post a screen shot of it down below, do you think that could be It ? And the hums do come from the dv I want to say, unless the hums are coming from below that. I appreciate your response Screenshot_20210918-135026_OBDeleven.jpg

The hum you hear is the aftercrun coolant pump...normal.

It MEANS the problem isn’t your DV. Hell, it might not even be a problem; you could be hearing your electric fan, especially if the engine is hot. Could also be the sai pump running on shutdown for some odd reason.
