Rear doors and fuel flap blocked after CCM replacement

Hello all,

As many others owners of B6 A4, I had my CCM flooded and fried. Its serial number was 8E0 959 433 AR and I replaced it by a 8E0 959 433 AS which is a compatible reference.

After replacement, everything went back to normal except the rear doors and the fuel flap that stay locked. Manuel opening did not work for the fuel flap.

I bought an OBDeleven to try clearing the faults and possibly recode the CCM.

Clearing the faults did not work. However, the CCM coding was 06976 and I set it 06720 (-256) to remove the Avant option (because I don't have an A4 Avant. I guess the previous owner of the CCM I bought had an Avant). After doing that, the manual opening of the fuel flap worked. I don't know if it's related but at least now the car can be used.

However, rear doors and fuel flap lock don't react to anything. OBDeleven says there is a fault for each door "No communication" but nothing about the fuel flap.

What can I do ? Is it because I did not replaced the CCM by the exact same one ?

Check wiring in door hinge area for each door. Gas door actuator button is on the driver door check wires in driver door hinge or as gas door actuator or check wiring in the floor near ccm make sure nothing is rotted through check all fuses. How do you know the CCM you installed is compatible or a suitable replacement???
