Audi Pre Sense Not Available

Got this error earlier today on my C7.5 S7, so I plugged in my ODBEleven and it's bringing up a fault with the left side pretensioner (B200009) that it can't clear. Error happened while I was driving, car was perfectly fine up until that error.

I did some research and came across a few threads relating to ACC and Brake Guard errors, but not much for Pre Sense errors. Mostly things relating to dirt and snow.

Any idea what's going on here? Literally nothing online for that fault code.

Sounds life a pretensioner module malfunction, which is likely connected to the pre sense system. Take it to a dealer if you're under warranty

No warranty. Car is now 5 years old, despite my low mileage. Tried calling the dealership twice to talk about it, and they're apparently too busy to call me back. Might have to take a trip down there to yell at someone.
