Fault code: 03423 vehicle positioning interface

I'm getting this fault code on my obdeleven:

Fault code: 03423 vehicle positioning interface control module.

Can't delete this error. Tried googling, but couldn't figure out what it actually means.
Anyone knows what it could be?

OBDeleven should have had more text to the DTC than just that. Try the history log and get the complete text. Because while you grabbed the component identifier, you didn't grab the actual fault code. And what address or control module is this DTC coming from?

This doesn't help much either. In the same location where he finds part: 8K0 907 440 B - INTERFACE VEHICLE TRACKING UNIT MODULE
    I have: 8K0 907 801 N - PARKING BRAKE CONTROL MODULE UNIT

The other module no where to be found in that place.

Actually, you don't have the bracket to which the unit would be mounted, the same bracket that the backup camera module is mounted to. The bracket is shown in the last post here - https://www.audi-sport.net/xf/thread...9/post-2733962 You can see how the module would be mounted to the backside of that bracket here - https://audi.7zap.com/en/rdw/audi+a4.../9/907-907031/ Object 20 mounted to the backside of bracket 12.

So then we fall back to the idea that you do not have that module installed on your car. And most likely OBDeleven did something and threw it into the installed modules list in the CAN Gateway. Not the first time I've seen "I was playing with OBDeleven and now I've got errors about things not in my car".

My OBDeleven account is not PRO, so I can't mess anything up. All I can do is read faults and delete them. Most likely previous car owner enabled stuff that was not on this car out of the factory. My car has no MMI/GPS, so I gues thats why I dont't have this module. As long as it's not a real problem, I'm fine with it :)

Maybe. One button apps make changes to the vehicle without pro, and it was a one button mod that messed it up for another person on the forums. But you can't fix the situation without pro at this point.
