The S4/S5 rotors will fit Sq5 no problem.

According to 034 they don’t

SQ5 brakes have a different rotor hat offset, so they would need their own unique unit. Given how undersized the brakes are on the SQ5 as it is, there's likely more of an opportunity in making a larger brake kit for SQ5 fronts than there is making an OE replacement rotor.

Don't worry, you have an SQ5 guy on the inside pushing for products!

Correct. The offsets are slightly different.

Here are the part numbers according to Audi:

Q5/SQ5: 80A615301G

S4/S5: 4M0615301AN

If there was enough demand for 10 sets, we could justify making SQ5 specific front rotors.

I've been thinking that we create a kit that expands SQ5 front calipers out to utilize RS5 sized rotors, and figured that'd be a bit more in demand for these large cars than a simple OE-sized replacement. OE Size is good on S4/S5, but these SQ5s are large fellows and could use more leverage.

What are your guys' thoughts? You've got an inside man for these things, let me know if you're interested!

Doing so would certainly appear to be interesting however two problems may get in the way. The first is that by increasing the diameter of the brake disks and using the same caliper, the brake balance is upset as the front brakes now apply more torque for a given brake line pressure. The second is that the internal arc of the calipers may not have enough tolerance to fit larger diameter disks. A front brake kit using larger disks and slightly smaller diameter pistons would maintain the current brake balance and would be the ideal way forward. If only someone produced one for the B9 SQ5 using AP Racing Radi-CAL calipers and 'J' Hook disks...

Last Friday we took the B9 SQ5 down to Willow Springs in Southern California for a track day. We were doing high heat/high load testing of our new 3.0T S4, S5, & SQ5 tuning, and what better way to do that than with our 4400lb SUV.

This testing was done with all factory cooling systems to ensure that our OEM style ECU safety systems adequately and safely adjusted for high heat conditions, and ensured the car was running safely the entire time on track. This testing is crucial to ensure that our Dynamic+ software will not only perform, but keep your car performing reliably in any condition.

This car is an absolute riot on track for being completely stock minus our upcoming ZTF-01 21x10" with 295/35/21 PS4S tires. We can't wait to test out our upcoming Sway Bar kits as well!
