    White lightning bolt symbol on dashboard

    What's the meaning of this symbol? Visible when entering car while the ignition is off. Disappears when ignition is switched on.

    Not a symbol used in my US version car. The closest here is a triangle with an exclamation point symbol inside. The description is "check the message in the instrument cluster".

    OK, found it.

    This is visible if the dashboard ECU VCDS adaptation setting "No-voltage display" is set to "Display".

    Don't know what it means though.
