New SQ5 Owner

Purchased a ‘22 premium plus in ultra blue last week. So far I really like it. The RS3 will be a garage queen. I have a couple questions about this thing.
The rear windows do not AUTO up or down. The first detent on the switches does nothing at all. Have to fully pull the switches up to the second detent which would normally be auto up to make them do anything. I tried the reprogramming steps but no dice.
I noticed when turning a tight radius such as backing it into a tight spot in the garage against my wall that I hear a groaning or binding type noise from the rear. Is this a characteristic of the sport diff or something I should have the dealer check?

The left side one will work auto down ONE time after reprogramming procedure but then stops working. The right side never does auto.
This problem is only from the drivers controls. The windows work auto up and down perfectly from their individual switches

It's normal. The SQ5 has a "real", full-time Quattro system.

The RS3 has a haldex-based system that isn't full-time AWD.

Went to the dealer and they replaced my faulty drivers switch under warranty. Also got the [emoji[emoji[emoji[emoji6][emoji6]][emoji[emoji[emoji6]][emoji[emoji6]]]][emoji[emoji[emoji[emoji6][emoji6]][emoji[emoji[emoji6]][emoji[emoji6]]]][emoji[emoji6][emoji6]][emoji[emoji[emoji6]][emoji[emoji6][emoji6]]]][emoji[emoji6][emoji6]][emoji[emoji[emoji6][emoji6]][emoji[emoji[emoji6]][emoji[emoji6]]]]][emoji[emoji[emoji6]][emoji[emoji6]]]k service done under remaining audicare.
