Ok, so I pulled the computer box off and it had a slight amount of water in it at the bottom near the relays, safe to say that was the issue.

Also found a wire had come off on the relay connection point at the back of the relay.

Now I just need to find a diagram of the connections of the relays and fix it. Keep this posted if anyone ever gets the same issues.
