I was tuning my car and I got to 55% when I lost internet connection. Is my ECU toast now? Or can I reflash?

You likely want to speak to your tune provider.

try to repeat the reflash, usually it's possible to redo it successfully if it stops midway if it's done via OBD.

As long as you dint turn the ignition off you can re try the flash and it will go through.
I have seen people have to try 3-4 times.

However if you turn the ignition off.......

Who’s your tuner? I know on EPL, if it fails midway you can just reflash and no issues
