Do you have pics of your car with the rims?

Indeed I do...albeit with the Glacier White Metallic I ended up with instead of Florett Silver that I'd originally wanted. Beggars can't be choosers...though anyone in one of these cars can't be much of a beggar...

Wow those look great. Was hoping to see them on Florett since that is what I found instead of my desired Merlin. Still very glad to have the car! Thanks for the pics!

Thank you. It’s funny, seems there are many of us that are in a car with a different color than our first choice. Florett Silver was mine. I’ve had many silver Audis up until I went looking for my first RS, an RS5 Coupé a few years ago. Ended up with a Daytona Grey, which we love. Such an awesome color. I find it picks up the color of whatever is nearby and gives the car a slight hue in that color. Love it.

Rinse, repeat when I went looking for the RS6. Cue the Glacier White Metallic. Same color as my long gone ‘13 B8.5 Allroad coincidentally (or maybe not). Somehow, white works with the Avants IMO. Silver seems to be one of the harder colors to find. In fact, it seems Audi is either phasing it out or limiting the models it offers it on (other than custom choice).

But I digress. I love a clean, five arm wheel like the GNS-1. That style is hard to find. It’s why I’ve held onto the set of Vorsteiner V-FF 104s I had on our RS5 for so long. I finally gave in and put a set of Vossen EVO-1Rs on, in part to get away from using spacers….

    Hello,

I'd like to add a little more meat and, like others, am interested in how 20 inchers might fit on steel brake RS6's for a little bit more of a rally look? Specifically I was looking at adding the wheel/tire combo from the rear of the 911 Dakar.

295/40 R20 Pirelli Scorpion All Terrain Plus tires

20x11.5 offset 63. Dakar Fuch style wheels

Anyone have any luck with 20in winter wheels yet?

Not aware of anyone getting 20" to fit. Some 21" require modification to the dust shields to fit.

Even if you manage to get the 20" to fit, the 11.5" ET63 would no be a good starting spec. You'd want a 35mm adapter to have them sit similar to OE wheels and then a tire that would be slightly stretched to fit. Best bet would be a 21x10" with 295/35R21 or 21x9" with 275/35R21 to get a meatier look.

295/35R21 on 21x10.5" as an example.

With the performance variant just entering series production, the competition wheels are now available to be ordered.

There are several finishes being offered. Same size specifications as the pre existing 22" wheels. 22X10.5 ET19.

    -Gloss Metallic Black
    -Matte Gray
    -Matte Black
    -Matte Neodymium Gold

Each wheel is approximately 5kg lighter than their non performance 22" counterparts. Preliminary pricing shows these at $1600 per unit, + freight.

Happy to assist if anyone is looking. [email protected]

I can supply all of that, though won't come from within Canada, do ship via USPS so no huge brokerage fees.

    Questions about 21 in wheels
Guys, I have popped my tires 3 times already thanks to shitty roads and potholes. Not sure if it's the tire or not (all blown tires are Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06+), but I'm thinking about going for 21'' wheels instead of 22''.
Not many people are running on 21's, so I'm wondering how it compares to the 22's? Does it improve ride quality and reduce the risks of flat tires? 21'' wheels also should save some weight. Does it affect handling in any ways noticeable?
Also, any recommended tire and wheel sizes? I was thinking about OEM size 21x10.5 and 275/35/21 tires.
I live in Seattle and we get some snow in the winter, so I need all season tires for the winter. So far the DWS06 hasn't been kind to me. Could Michelin PS A/S 4 be a better option?

I did exactly what you are looking at doing. After having numerous issues with tires on other cars with smaller wheels (17"-19"), I never had an issue again after switching to Michelin Pilot AS. Unfortunately, they don't make those in the stock 22 size, and I wanted a bit of extra sidewall for our shitty Ohio roads.

I ultimately went with a 21 x 10.5 wheel set from BC Forged, bought through Martin at Nemesis on here, and I'm running Michelin Pilot Sport AS4 in 275/35-21. No issues whatsoever with them, and any change in ride quality and handling is imperceptible.

If you want to run all seasons and don't mind going to 21" wheels, this is your best option.

^^^^ the Michelin Pilot Sport AS4 also comes in 295/35-21

That would give you slightly more rubber if that’s what you’re looking for. I went with that size on my winters. Not the same tire, but to give you an idea.

You can also drive on completely vertical walls with this setup!!!
Jk, not sure why the pic got rotated like that.

Thanks so much. That's reassuring. It feels like Continental tires are also easier to pop than Michelins.

Vossen HF5 in 21x10.5 and satin bronze finish? What's the ET? That looks sick bro. How do you like them so far? I've been considering HF5's.

Yep. They have an offset of ET 8

I ordered directly from Vossen and had them installed with my winter tires at the dealership when I picked up the car at the end of December. I really like them. I had them ceramic coated along with the car and they’re still in pristine condition after 3.5 months of use.

I’m actually a little disappointed in the look of the stock wheels and summer tires after putting them on a few days ago. I’m liking the sharp handling of the pirellis, but I was really digging the bronze and the slightly more aggressive offset of the Vossens

My setup for avoiding flats from potholes. 21' Vossen Satin Bronze HF-3s with 295/35 Michelin all seasons. How do I post pics from my saved photos?

I want black spacers with black wheel bolts and black wheel lock bolts as well. Thanks!
Not sure if you got a set of spacers yet, but CTS Turbo in Vancouver is where I got mine. They’re black and come with longer black bolts. I’m in Kelowna so I ordered them on they’re website.
