    rough idle on cold start

    So 2.0T Quattro 6spd has a rough cold start issue, where it bucks and chugs... Till it's about 30ish degrees on coolant temp, or before with holding revs around 1000 for min of two ... only when it's cold out
    237xxx km
    Plugs are new
    PCV new and hoses
    Carbon clean done
    Valve cover gasket new
    Next to do soon here is rear timing chain and tensioner.

    Cars definitely act weird when it is cold and on cold starts. Our cars especially. Cars are designed to run at operating temperature. Where the metal is expanded and all fluids are heated. Best thing to do would just be to wait until the car is warm before driving it.
