I doubt anyone hear will be able to address that. Having said that, I have used accelerometer chipset/circuits myself in various applications and this if munted central under the rear seat which after proper orientations should capture left/right angular momentum and positive/negative linear acceleration. With 2 significant digits. The accuracy is unknown to me but as you stated this is not used as an input to any process so … a toy fir all puposes. If you do pick one up get the pro versions as the others only provide torque/hp display

Does anyone get a fault on unit 17 after rainbow box installed, and shift light, power, torque, G meter are working fine? I got "Module incorrectly ocded“ which cannot be cleared.

I install this rainbow box pro on my Audi sq7 2020 and i ask seller before ordering if is that good one for my car and he confirm and told me to order that one
Box never worked or showed anything
And when i connect on my gateway connector it won't work and i leave car overnight like that and next day when i try to start my car it won't start
And seller told me it looks like gateway module is different and he told me to swap some wires but rainbow box still not working
I have vc working and check all fuses and all wires on gateway module and everything looks good to me
Then i disconnect rainbow box and return all wires on gateway module connector how it was originally but car still won't start
And i still don't have communication on obd and can't read faults
I bought today another gateway module to try if i can get communication on obd but still nothing
I have ignition power and everything seems good but car still won't crank
I tried to disconnect everything and reset everything and battery is on charger and still no obd connection and no engine cranking
Does anyone has same issue or something like this after installing this rainbow box??
I don't know what to check or to try more*

I got similar problem! My OBD is also locked.
I have third version of rainbow. After i install it everything works, power, torque, g-sensor but my OBD not! I tried to open hood, run flashers etc. nothing work. Now i removed the module and still OBD is locked/disabled. Car works, no errors but i cant return the OBD functionality. Checked fuses for diagnostic connector and all fine. What happend and how to fix it ? i got audi a7 2018 50tdi.

Hi All - my rainbox box is working fine, however, it prevents me from doing an ODB emissions test. Also throws random errors when I scan with ODB11 (although the car runs fine). Does anyone else have this problem? Really hate to have to remove the rainbow box to do emissions test or flash to stage 2 etc.

My rainbow box has been working fine for some time. I also have direct TPMS wired and everything working well. Even made changes via OBDII

There is also the following suspension fault fix and tourque meter fix :

    Suspension fault fix

    1 Turn on the car
    2 Put it to neutral
3 Turn left turn signal on
4 Press and hold return button for 15 sec [while holding rpm will go to 1.4k once you will let go of the button all is done.

    86% torque meter fix:
    1 Turn on the car
    2 Keep it in Park
3 Turn right turn signal on
4 Press and hold return button for 15 sec [while holding rpm will go to 3.4k rpm once you will let go of the button all is done.

Everything is working great but recently Ive been getting suspension faults and a left door light and audi presense errors. Note I also have 034 tunes 2+ E85 which I have to reverse the rainbow box to flash. Im about to add a switch 2x 4PDTs so I can just lif up the rear seat a bit and flip if I need to flash.

Anyone else had the issues with suspension and audi presense after working for a while ?

Its fine to run with a tune just not during the flash as this some how interferes with the ecu and tcu. I was already running with 034 stage 1 and when I went to 2+ I had to unwire, flash and rewire

If you click on the link then there is a box that has the more expensive version ~175 USD on it, thats what I got.

Will this work on a 2019 B9 S4 ? Also is this the version with the gmeter ? Before I rewire things I want to be sure.

Thanks to the community for any advise

    Update 1 :

I’ve wired based on the previous posts my colors were a bit different.
Now I cant start a car is the best guess is I blue a fuse , ar ethere extra fuses in the fuse box ?

    (Previous post/Actual/Manual in Chinese):

Rainbow Box RPM Module from Audizine
    Orange&Brown wire - Pin31 (confirmed/same)
    Orange&Blue wire - Pin13 (Purple 13/purple)

    G meter:
    Grey wire - Pin49 (Red/white)
    Orange&Brown wire - Pin48 (same/same)

    Powering:
    Red&Blue wire - Pin18 (confirmed/red)
    Brown wire - Pin54 (confirmed/same)

    UPDATE 2:

I switched out the 10 A fuse for one 2 down which I think is for the rain detector and car starts !!
Through every error in the book like It did when I tued 034 ecu/tcu, including adaptive suspension error.
I executed the neutral, left turn signal return fix and it worked. Now my obdeleven wont light up in any state …..
I know the gmeter works but cant code the rest, might need to by new obdeleven ?

Update 3: I’ve got my obdeleven working longcoded for acceleration and engine displays and I can see them !
Still no rainbows or rs logo. Instead of hitting the x61 i changed from 12 to 13 variant B9 S4 to B9 RS4 …. Nothing yet

Update 4: i went out to ziptie the box and noticed it had a green light on it. Closed up the backseat, turned it on and wow !!! RS4 logo and rainbow !!!! Havent checked out the torque to make sure they go all the way up and not just 86% will try that out tomorrow
Do you know which pin is assigned to the boost gauge?

After installing a module, my S4’s boost gauge is displaying differently from the stock state. Even without pressing the accelerator deeply, the boost gauge shows its maximum value.

I would prefer to keep only the information related to the G-force meter if possible.
