Rear HVAC not blowing out of one vent

So my rear HVAC isn't blowing out of the passenger side of the vents located in the rear of the center console. I've messed with all the settings including the MMI and I cannot get it to blow any kind of air.

Anyone ever have this issue?

It could be duct leading to the vent is disconnected somehow. They are connected to the center tunnel under the seats so it maybe possible that someone stepped the duct and somehow disconnected it

Interesting. I have the same issue and hope the fix is this simple.

Both sides of mine don't seem to be working. I don't usually have passengers. The display works fine but now air at all. Air does blow put of the pillar vents though.

Yea my pillar vents work fine too. I have a 1 year old son who rides in the back so I wanna get this fixed lol

There is a flap motor built into the vent assembly. That is most likely your issue. You can scan with Vag Com to see for sure. The codes would be under Address 28: HVAC, Rear (E265).

I finally fixed mine after leaving the spare part sitting in my garage for almost a year now. Pretty simple fix which took about 20 mins total to do start to finish including the adaptation. I got confidence to do it after watching this Youtube video. For those that are interested the part number is 4G0857042.
