There was a buzzing noise and it stayed in 4th until I let off the throttle a bit and then it shifted into 5th. All this happened between 3500 and 4500rpm.

This is similar to the previous time when this happened, there seems to be an issue with shifting from 4th to 5th under heavy throttle.

Just FYI in normal driving conditions the transmission shifts very quickly and smoothly. It's improved quite a bit. It's just this scenario that it's behaving weird with noises.

I wonder if it has anything to do with the level of torque in this gear at this rpm?

Did you end up doing the full tranny service after your last issue? (pull and clean pan, change filter, reinstall pan and refill with fresh fluid) When you're running these higher end tunes remember stock HP is around 300 and you're up in the 400-500 range so that's a huge difference. Stock tranny service intervals go out the window and you need to make sure the fluid stays in good condition, filled to the proper level and that any particles in the pan are cleaned out regularly. When going from stock to tuned it's going to take a bit before the tranny gets worn in to where it's as happy as it's going to be at the higher HP levels. You may need to do this again to check if you still have material left in the pan (when I tuned mine I had to this twice before things calmed down and it worked as expected). Simple drain and fills aren't gonna help if you want the most out of the vehicle.

In the end no. But now that it happened again, I'm going to buy all the necessary stuff and do it

I think you'll be very happy you did it. I know it made a big difference on mine as well as others I've seen that have done similarly after getting their vehicles tuned. Make sure the vehicle is sitting level when you adjust the final fluid level at the end. If the level isn't right you may have issues so use a tape measure to verify when doing this (measure ground to each jack point then duplicate measurements when raised for access). Again takes a minute or two to be sure you did it correctly.
