I thought I had read someone say that the cete profile doesn't change when switching into an RS mode - that is not the case (unless the RS mode suspension setting is set to the drive select mode you had selected before of course).
Correct. The module links to the suspension setting and not drive mode. As Alex mentioned, RS modes are like what Individual is in other vehicles, where you can program the suspension mode from one of the three options that link to the drive select modes.
To note, if you turn the car off in an RS mode, it will start up in Auto. Audi loves to not let you leave your vehicle in Individual/RS mode.
