I posted about this here yesterday because we can't get our new Audi to set up a Key User. Moderator appears to have moved it to the model specific forum, but this is NOT a model specific issue at all. And I specifically wanted Vincenzo to weigh in about this IF he has any information because my dealer is just about as in the dark as I am.
For 5 days running now, the new car will not accept a Key User designation ("Error") despite multiple tries and despite everything about myAudi registration appearing to be fine.
It would be very helpful if Vincenzo could find out IF this is a system-wide problem and, maybe, when we can expect that it will be back up. Would save having to take the trouble to try the registration a couple of times every day! Tried to call AudiUSA Customer Service number multiple times but have kind of given up on that after being on hold for an hour + and, a couple of times, having the recording just say "We're having very high call volume" and disconnecting.
