LOUD pop going over speed bump

Hey guys, I recently installed some BC Racing BR series coilovers on my A4. Whenever I go over a speed bump, no matter the speed barely crawling over or like 5 mph, there is this very loud pop or thud from my driver side suspension. It feels like the car gets sucker punched. Could this be from the spring rate being to compressed? I really don’t know what’s happening. Thanks

Did you use the factory bump stops? Maybe you’re bottoming out on them.

Push down on that corner and make sure you actually have shock travel and rebound.

Yes. Usually I cut those in half when I lower a car.

This probably isn't your issue, but make sure your subframe bolts are tight. Mine worked loose and caused loud bangs.
