2017+ 8V RS3 Fuel Filter location

Hi guys, I bought a new fuel filter after having some misfiring and fueling issues on my 2017 Audi RS3, so I'm trying to replace that. I've seen a few posts and videos on other Audi's that indicates it is near the fuel tanks and the rear wheels. I have looked up and down following the lines and I can't find where it's installed. At this point, I'm convinced it's in the fuel tank itself (doesn't make sense based on the part I got), or somewhere else. I've also taken off the plastic shrouds to no avail. If anyone has done this, can someone please explain where it's at, and even better show pictures? Thanks!

I’ve read somewhere that it’s located on the drivers side in front of the rear wheel. Hope this helps.
