Given it is stock tuned...it may be the air velocity is slower and reducing power. If tuned, it would likely be adjusted for this. This is all why I hoped the OP had before and after mass air data. Still, the new mass air data could be compared to another's or figured roughly to compare with known HP.
My friend suggested the same thought about getting a stage 1 or 2 to map out according to what the intake sucks in.
