    Locks but no 'beep/chirp' sound

Just replaced my passenger front door lock assembly/accuator
Everything is now working (central locking, locks by fob, handles all work perfectly)
However, now I dont hear the beep when I lock from the fob, even though all the doors lock properly
    What can I check?

I bet You replaced with with wrong actuator - with european model.

Here is my post about it:

Long story short: car locks the doors but thinks that one door (one with wrong actuator) is not locked.
Meaning alarm horn chirps when it confirms, that car is in fact locked.

Or: 1) damaged actuator; 2)problem with connector /wiring..

I have the exact same issue. And I have noticed that the proximity unlock does not work reliably.

Bought the aftermarket version from US company out West.
