So I replaced my alternator with an aftermarket one from dB electrical website part# 06E 903 018 h
And added a new oem voltage regulator to it and the car seems to get 14v to the battery but the alternator terminal outputs 14.8v is this normal?
Also Added a new Duracell battery 49 h8 lead acid and coded to new battery changed serial # section to all 1’s

Is it normal when first stating car that it takes 1-2 minutes for the voltage to get to 14v at idle? Or does it need to be instant?
