Audi A6 C5 - wiring curiosity at glovebox

Hello gentlemens! I've been working on my C5, and somehow I removed the glove box. I found some wiring harness that doesn't belong there, I think, and It's a little weird because they where masked out with tape.
Maybe they are from the CD reader, from the trunk, because that's the single thing that doesn't work in my car.
Well, I have another problem, with the doors that aren't showing in the cluster that are opened. Shows just the trunk and the rear right door. This is the reason that maybe my lights on footwell and doors aren't working, but I don't think this wires are the problem at all. Can somebody help?
    Thank you!

That wiring and connector definitely isn't stock, I would follow it to see where it goes at the other end of you really want to know. Most likely not related to the door problem, if I were to guess I would say check the wires that goes between each door and the body, they have a tendency to break inside the rubber boot. The door closed switch is in the door so if that wire breaks it'll do just what you're seeing.

If you say that wiring isn't stock, I think you are right. Tomorrow I will remove the RNS because I want to install an aftermarket sound system, and that was the reason off taking of the glove box, then It will be clear. Really curious what kind of job was done there.
As for the lights that doesn't work or shows the door are opened, I took of the driver door panel once, and check for the sensor there, I removed the conector and wasn't dirty or rusty, like new. Didn't tried to clean with a connector spray or what's the name for that thing, but I will look for what you said. I can see already a very time consuming job.

And about your C5, sure not boring at all, it's a mf 4.2, more intense than my 2.8. In my country a 4.2 yearly taxes would be 1500$, without insurance, so be happy with your boring car 😂
