A6 C7.5 parking sensor wiring fault

Hello guys, hope u doing well during this not so well situation all along the world
While having a lot of spare time these days, I decided to fix or at least try to fix a problem that caused my parking sensors stop working and every time I put my car to Reverse, a long beep sound and a photo of my car with X on my rear parking sensors showed on the display inside the car.
First thing, finding out which parking sensor caused the problem. Buzz test with my finger, it was the first one to the first on the right behing the car. Next mission, rear bumper disassemby!
15 mins later, here it goes

Then, I swapped that sensor and a sensor next to it in order to find out whether sensor or wiring is faulty. Did that, turned the ignition on, again buzz test with my finger, and a big surprise it was. It happens to be a wiring fault, because the "faulty" sensor was working fine when swapped to a hole next to the faulty one.
None of the wires seemed to look damaged, everything looks OK to me.

It seems to be a wiring harness fault guys, but only with this sensor place showed in the last photo. What to do guys? Should I order a harness for this sensor and re-route it to the module? Any advice? Thanks a lot!

Before you purchase a new harness perform a continuity test on your existing harness. You may have a break or some chafed wiring which is causing high resistance, thus the non functioning of that sensor.
