I changed the timing belt and now that the car is stacked the car starts without problems it starts normally but when it goes to normal idle at lower revs it starts to break. Error codes are multiple / random cylinder misfire errors. I also replaced the chain camshaft sensor at the same time. Does it adaptation need to be reset? Or is that problem a sure timing problem ?
How sensitive is that timing in general to this car model? I checked with a stick that 1 cylinder is at TDC at the highest point and the cam is in its place in the mark where it should be. How can i continue my investigation? I have vcds, can i use that to check If timing is correct?
