8P TDI Automatic Trunk Struts?

I saw a youtube video that features these automatic opening struts for the 8P, and I cant find them anywhere. Has anyone seen these struts or something like them? I think it would greatly benefit my vehicle.

Those are gas struts. I was looking for those myself for my A3 8P. Haven't bought them yet, but will do soon.

if you buy those struts it won't work... you need to buy the struts that have a spring loaded into the gas strut like the one he has pictured, otherwise it won't cause the hatch to pop up past the resting release. Watch the video again and you'll see there's springs with the gas strut.
