@Geraldo009 , don't even get me started with JHM. Been in a dispute since Jan. 6th over an order placed on Jan. 2.

Sent Jake a PM on here last week to see if he could intervene and has yet to read it.

After 2.5 weeks, finally got HALF a credit, on an order for items that didn't even ship out and never even made it to my location from a drop ship.

After 12 years on the forums, made the mistake of doing business with them against better judgement..

You should have received a response from me saying that I forwarded this over to the sales team. The hold up was us not being able to get in touch with Techtonics. We recently got ahold of them and it turned out they DID ship the downpipe, and had to recall the package. It was then we were able to cancel the order for the downpipe. Looking at your order the whole order has been refunded, not just half.
