    2013 A8L 3.0 mods

Ok everyone! Newbie here. I have literally just read through the entire D4 section. And the answers I’m looking for are nowhere.

    1. Does APR (or any other tuning) have a tune for our A8? Looking at a 3.0 dual pulley setup?
    2. Is there any ultracharger type setup with intake for our car? Brands/tuning?
    3. Exhaust options? Advice? It’s a daily driver looking for better flow and mellow tone (NOT race crackling fire spitting loud exhaust!)
    4. What type of transmission tuning is offered, haven’t found one yet.

Any advice at all will be greatly appreciated to the fullest.

I am assuming most of the D4 guys here are S8 owners....

I have reached out to an APR dealer/installer once I get a response I’ll post my findings for the next 3.0 A8 guy!

Dual pulley is currently not recommended by APR because it would likely require an upgraded hx, and existing designs don’t currently fit our cars. That was the last I heard. However stage 1 plus upper pulley is offered by APR without hesitation.

If you have a local shop willing to fab one to fit, that could work. Heat is the biggest issue with St2

I'm surprised... I'd think it depends on where you live and if you plan on beating on it...

I have a dual pulley Stage II on my 3.0t A7, I've purchased the HX 6 months ago, but not fitted it yet.

I only got the HX out of precaution, but I live in MN and heat soak has not been an issue?

If we upgrade to the S8 heat exchanger assuming is bigger, and PLM also has an upgraded version that may fit. I’m waiting on some return emails thus far so hopefully I get some answers. As far as location, I’m sure that plays a role, I’m in the south and Heat Soak will more than likely be an issue even if I run it normally.
