    Hey guys,
    Just got some vossen 22x9 wheels for the a8l
    Guy recommended 265/35/22 all around.
    Tire seems pretty small ..
    What are you all running on non stock wheels.
    I feel a 295/25/22 is more what I want
    Thoughts?

    Stock 20x8.5 on my S6 came with 255/35s and they are a perfect fit. So 295 may be a bit large for 9s. I'm sure it can be done.

    That shows you approximately what the 2 tires would look like on the wheel. I prefer the look of the 265.

    You will need 9.5" width wheels minimum for 285 or 295 width tyres.

    How wide can be done on stock 21" wheels? I was looking at 22 and thought id go with 265/30R22, but going as wide as possible would be best. Things to consider would be if you're maintaining stock ride height.

    On stock 21x9 wheels the maximum safe tyre width is 275.
