Help with EPC error light troubleshoot

Not sure how I can explain this precisely, but today evening upon starting my 2013 B8.5, the car was struggling to start. When I pressed the Start/Stop button, the dashboard lit up and all the signs flashed, than it went blank for a second and finally the car started. However the EPC light remained on. I took the car for a spin around the neighborhood and driving wise it seemed normal. I parked my car, shut down the engine and tried to start it again but this time the car didn't start. The engine & the headlights sputtering, if you watch the video with sound in the link below, you will notice midway thru the video the headlights are blinking and the engine/headlights are ticking. I did some research and mostly 60% of the people blame bad fuel. I have been running APR Stage 1 93 Oct, been running it for 40K miles without any issues. Been using 93 Oct fuel every fill up. The other 40% of the people blame bad coil packs. The car is currently at 111,500 milage and had no problems except water pump which was fixed under warranty some 50K miles ago.

I would like to get my car fixed as soon as possible therefore I plugged in my Carista adapter and diagnosed my car. Below is the link of a video & sound and a detailed summary of my ECU diagnoses.

That looks like a electrical problem. Make sure nothing is wet in your car, most common spots to check would be: Rear right fuse box area, Front left driver foot well and Front right passenger footwell. Check the battery area under spare as well. That flat out to me looks like a massive voltage drop. Its hard to say what that could be without having the car in front of me, but I would start with making sure nothing is wet. Can you get actual faults pulled from the ECU? You need to scan it with VCDS.

Actually quick edit, Fault 18065 is coolant pump short to ground. Inspect the harness on the auxiliary water pump under the intake manifold. Make sure it is not melted!

Everything else just seems so second rate compared to VCDS. If you had been using VCDS, you would have seen something more like:

    18065 - Coolant Pump 2
    P261C 00 [032] - Short to GND

You have a B8.5 with the CPMA motor. These are the ones with that V51 secondary coolant pump recall. Have you had that recall performed? Did they replace it or just disconnect it? Or in this case, short it?

    18689 - Terminal 30
    U140A 00 [008] - Open Circuit

Definitely not "secondary air injection", especially from the steering rack. The B8.5 got electric steering racks, so it's probably talking about the J500. Or do you have a car with dynamic steering? The J500 has two 12v connections. Plug T2n pin 1 connects to the massive fuse S206. Plug T6h pin 2 connects to fuse panel B, row 1, fuse 15. panel B is the annoying one buried in the ECU box in the engine bay. It's a 5amp providing term 87. So not term 30. So the DTC must be talking about the big connection. S206 is in the junction box in the center of the plenum chamber, where the positive jumper post is. But if that were blown, you'd know. You'd have no power steering assist.

01231 Givers for leaking out temperature
    WTF?
01231 - Right Footwell Vent Temperature Sensor (G262)
    That looks better.

Well, at least your three issues seem to have no area of commonality or overlap. Just three independent issues. Though you might try clearing them and seeing if they come back. They might have just been hiccups. Might pick up a quality tool like VCDS too.

Turned out to be a bad battery, installed a new one and all the codes disappeared.
