I flashed my A4 Avant yesterday and looking for recommendations on what plugs to get. I’ll be running 91 oct.

its debated whether or not you need to change spark plugs. Some recommend one step cooler plugs (I believe APR suggests it) but most dont, havent seen any huge issue with keeping the same spark plugs as long as they are replaced every 50k. I would recommend replacing the coils with a stage 1 tune more than the plugs themselves. ECS tuning sells them in kits of 4

APR Stage 1 - Spark Plugs

Plugs-NEW-Stock or 1 step colder and gap between.024-.028.

New coils are recommended if your existing ones have any kind of mileage 40-50k+.

I've been told it's not needed at stage 1. It doesn't hurt to have them though. I didn't upgrade anything until I went stage 2.

APR Stage 1 - Spark Plugs

Stage 1 is 90% of stage 2....so many first posts after getting tuned are chasing down ignition related drivability issues.

I did both coils and plugs at 43k when getting tuned, replaced plugs again 20k later(gap had expanded to .033) and will do coils again at 83k.....keep a couple old spares in the back just in case.

Why wouldn’t you want to ensure that it is optimized, especially on an engine known for ignition issues stock.
