I would second this. I got my S4 last November, and for about 2 weeks in December I had a Luft-Technik intake installed. I was very disappointed with the volume of the SC whine. I couldn't hear it at all stock, and could barely hear it with the intake installed. I knew I had some work coming up at the dealer over the spring/summer, so I took it off until I was out of warranty last month. Once the intake was back on, it seemed much louder than I recall from last year. I didn't really do anything different, but I can definitely hear it better under hard acceleration. Still disappointing compared to my Hellcat, but better. I'll be putting on my supercharger pulley in the next couple weeks, so I'm looking forward to that.
I don't really know why I like supercharger whine, I just know that I do! Ever since hearing the old 03-04 Terminator Cobras, I knew some day I needed some good SC whine in my life.
