Issue with AMI and IOS 13

This past week I used my AMI cable (the newest version available) to play music from my phone (iPhone X with ISO 13) to the MMI. It loaded up like normal and the audio quality was as good as it normally is, but for some reason I was no longer able to select songs on the MMI like I used to. Whenever I tried to select a song from a playlist, the song would not play and the MMI would read the wrong song name. As this was previously not an issue, I think ISO 13 may be to blame, since this was the first time I used it with IOS 13. Hopefully a future apple update solves this playback issue, because we all know Audi won't be solving it any time soon. Anyway, I just wanted to see if anyone else was experiencing the same issue, or if anyone had any other possible solutions?

This is not the first time that Apple sent an IOS update only to modify it soon after.
