Anyone in Audi service that can help pull service history of S4?

Hi all. Wondering if anyone works in Audi service at any of our local dealerships in the DMW and can pull service history of a car I am considering?

I found a 2016" S4 that was a lease/fleet vehicle in CT and is now at a Carmax here. There's no service history on the autocheck. Just registration events, etc. I'm hoping to pull history just to be sure all schedule maintenance and any recalls were done, etc. Just some due diligence. If anyone can help, please let me know. I can PM the vin#.

Just call around to your local dealers and speak with a service advisor. Most of the time they Have no issues giving details over the phone, but sometimes they won’t. I own a small dealership and do this all the time if the Carfax is empty.

Auto check is different than Carfax so if you don’t have a Carfax already post the vin and I’ll pull one for you

I didn't realize autocheck wasn't as detailed. If you could pull the carfax I'd be thankful. I haven't contacted service advisors yet since this all fell on closed business hours but I will try that too.

Thanks! I'll have to follow up for sure. Nice to see maintenance noted. The report that Carmax makes available shows nothing. Especially as there was a minor accident noted...

ZZZ usually indicates that it is a manufacturer vehicle not for consumer sale. They are close to production or production models before they are released to the public.

Usually it’s also RoW cars. I’ve seen that a lot too

You might want to reach out directly to Audi dealerships in your area and ask if they can look up the service history for the VIN, especially since it's a 2016 S4. Audi service departments typically have records for vehicles serviced at authorized dealers. Additionally, you can try using services like Carfax or AutoCheck to see if they can provide more detailed history. Since it was a fleet/lease vehicle, it’s worth checking if it was regularly serviced at an Audi dealer.

Dealers generally won’t do this for privacy reasons
