    Alignment Input Needed

I need some input on the alignment report.

Here is some history and mods I have.

2012 S4 with no sport diff
    Lowered on solowerks coilovers
    About 26.2 FTG 4 corners
    AG 19x9.5 et40 with Pilot sport A/S 3+ 255/35/19

My previous tires was also A/S 3+ and I had some inner tire wear (not a lot), and I had to replace the rear springs, therefore alignment is needed. After spending days looking up inner tire wear here, it is recommended to set the toe closer to 0 if the car is lowered. I was able to get the shop to set it to around 0.05 after 10 mins of explaining, but the tech said he can’t adjust the camber and toe in the rear any further, so I would like some input from the alignment report.

    Thank you in advance.

I'd like to see side to side numbers the same or at least within 1-2 and some are 3, but that's being picky. Change one thing and it changes others, so you gotta stop somewhere. Id want the front left camber be more to match the front right, and not be less than the right rear. Close enough though.

It was that front toe that caused your tire wear. Way too much and not even close to matching. But that could be affected by the rear spring swap.

I'm at -2 front camber with 0 toe and I don't see any wear. Rear is around -1.5 and tiny amount of toe.

The tech was insisting on keeping the toe at factory or 0.20 and I was like no.

How about the rear? The toe is at 0.11 and 0.08, will I still have inner tire wear?

I don’t know why my front changed so much after replacing the rear springs, I only raise the passenger front by 1/8”.

Here is the alignment report done by Audi before swapping the rear springs.

People take an alignment rack print out, out of context. A little tire wear but your steer ahead is going straight correct we good

Did you read what I said before. Even from factory it is set this way. All area will never read zero and your steer ahead have you going straight as well. You’ll have slight tire wear but as long as you’re going straight that’s the main point. You give a little to get a lot!
I’ll post mine if I can find it

I am asking about the rear, with the current setting will It cause inner tire wear because the tech said he can’t go closer to 0 for the toe, not going straight or not here. After spending days of reading here, going closer to 0 will not have inner tire wear.

The adjustments are but so much. Hit up 034 for Density line adjustable rear toe links. You get it a little better but again you will still have slight wear.

Again from factory it’s not all zeroed out!!
