A6 C7 everyone brake disc overheat. Help

I am trying to figure out what is wrong with my C7 3.0 TFSI US spec.

The car has a brake problem. i drive very slowly, respecting speed limit and rarely use the brake. After 10 km distance rear and front brakes ale very very hot.

    I exchange:

-rear brake disc and pads.Set UP BOSCH
-front brake disc and pads. Set Zimmermann
    -brake fluid motul DOT 4
    -fornt wheel bearing and hubs
-thorough cleaning of the brake calipers.
-the brake pad in the brake caliper are looseness
    -no faults in abs system

After that brakes are heating all the time.

Mechanics have no idea what is wrong.

Include video with my problem. It was after 10 km distance and not exceed 90/h

I didn't look at the video, but in my experience a seized caliper is usually the culprit for what you are describing.. Sometimes it's the pistons in the caliper that have limited motion if they are not seized. Another thing to look at is the caliper sliding pins. Make sure they are not compromised (bent or dry from no grease) and don't allow the caliper slide properly..

Not sure what you mean by "the brake pad in the brake caliper are looseness".. The brake pads should be secure and not loose..

All of those things can be ruled out by a competent mechanic tho, not sure how your mechanic cannot chase down the root cause...

Bit of a long shot, but another potential item could be the wrong rotors installed. If the rotors are offset, one of the sides of the rotor may be too close to the pads causing rubbing which would create the heat you are mentioning..

The fact that its happening in the front and rear is quite weird..

it would seem almost certainly your pads are not locked in with the retainers and are riding the rotor and heating it up, unless you have the wrong parts i think you need a new mechanic, is it the same on booth sides ??

a - what everyone said above....

    and to add:

Do not toss cold water on hot metal, you will warp your rotors.
Take it to a different place and see if its a brake pad problem, maybe not installed or brakes not bled or the master cylinder or pistons are not working properly or set properly when brakes were installed.
the fact its happening both front and back, suggest its an install issue or incorrect parts, which doesnt really make sense as pads wouldnt work if they were wrong.

Make sure you correctly install the spring on the side of the caliper. See it at 2:35 minute mark in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-37rUUSb43w

Like porksoda said, you might now have a warp rotor if you throw cold water on it.

I suggested a few things to check, if you can't do it yourself, go to another mechanic to check for you. This issue you are having can be easily solved by investigating your brakes further. A competent mechanic will probably see the cause of your issues pretty quickly. Brakes are fairly simple, the cause will not be a mystery...

Perhaps, but brake pedal is factory set. Nobody changed it.
the car had an accident. I rebuilt the car. I replaced:
    -turnk lid
    -rear bumper
    -rear tail lights.

For example something is wrong with brake after the accident. I try clean calipers sliding pins.

Any unusual sound coming from the brake when driving? Accident could cause caliper to seize.

    SLIDE PINS!!!!

For some reason it seams that Audi slide pins can be a problem. Every car up until my A7 I can almost neglect the slide pins and have no problems but not with this car. The first time I changed the brakes I neglected to clean and lubricate the slide pins and they gave me problems. Never again with this car. I will clean and lubricate them EVERY TIME from now on.

That's great you narrowed down the issue and it's now fixed. Get rid of that shop you went to, they should have been able to diagnose and fix that from the beginning. In fact, if they are the ones who originally installed your brakes, they should have noticed the sliders weren't lubed up enough and put some lube there. It's standard procedure to do that when installing brakes..
