    Interesting. I wonder what the L means, but it seems the paint code and the part number color code are related.

    V7W parts, LV7W paint, https://www.paintscratch.com/touch_u...r-LV7W-7F.html
    1RR parts, and there is a L1RR paint, https://www.paintscratch.com/touch_u...mper-L1RR.html

    Wonder why Audi calls V7W black when it seems very much dark gray, vs 1RR light gray.
    Not sure why the 7F modifier or whatever the following two character code is called.

    I think the L1RR paint (Platinum Gray) is a lighter gray for the grill - somehow, the words "bumper" and "grill" seems to have got mixed up.



    I've used the LV7W on the wheelarch cladding of my 2012 Allroad - it matches very well.
