    CPO question on what should be included (Keys)

    So I picked up the Audi SQ5 and I realized that I did not get all the keys that should be required
    2 Master keys: Received
    Valet & Emergency: Did not receive

    But my CPO form says that they were included but I did not get them. The dealer is telling me only 2 keys are necessary for CPO opposing what is listed on the CPO form. I just want clarification first as I asked them to research and provided them the paperwork I was given. But if this is not resolved I would like to know how I can escalate this.

    Thank you for reaching out and first off congratulations on taking delivery of your new CPO Audi SQ5. I hope that you've been able to enjoy it thus far, but I can definitely understand your desire to get this addressed. The Audi CPO checklist and verification states that the vehicle must have all keys that were originally equipped at the factory from the vehicle. Depending on the model and model year, it is possible that the vehicle would only be equipped with 2 master keys and not necessarily a valet/emergency key. Have you had any further conversations with your Audi Brand Specialist at the dealer in regard to the other potential keys?
