I recently purchased a 2019 Q7 Prestige. Audi Connect is activated, but I only see traffic info for interstates in my area, Charlotte, NC. There is no traffic info showing for any other roads.

Conversely, my 2017 BMW shows traffic for many side roads, too, using Sirius XM traffic.

I believe Audi uses some combination of Google and Sirius for traffic?

I called Sirius and they said traffic isn't available for my vehicle. I then called Audi Connect and they said they are researching it and unsure.

I am frustrated because it would be nice to see traffic info for driving around town, not just interstates.

What do others experience with this? Do you see traffic info for side roads?

On another note, I tried to update my maps using Audi Connect on MMI and it freezes at 40% and stops downloading. Any tips? Take it to dealer?
