Start by working on P0171, P12A2 and P0507 first. These usually pop up when your PCV valve goes bad. If it goes bad enough the over pressure will try to push out oil out of every seal. If you have oil around your valve cover bolts and oil cap, this is a sign that your PCV valve went bad. If it goes really bad and you have been driving with it for a while like this, it can cause the rear main seal to leak. Very expensive to fix if that happens.
Then you should check to make sure cylinder 2 and 3 are getting spark. You can buy a coil pack tester for cheap. If you see spark on that coil when you crank it, you’re getting spark. Make sure those 2 plugs are good if those 2 coils are getting spark.
Then go after your fuel code. Hook up a pressure gauge and see what you have for fuel pressure.
Fuel, air and spark. The basics of diagnosis.
