    Trunk Cargo Net?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
So I've done the google fu and searched on the Audi parts site, but don't see one for the 2019. Did I miss a meeting, or will the 2018 one fit?

I go around corners like an idiot, so rather than thrash my laptop and scramble my lunch, I'd like something to tie stuff down.

    Thanks for any input!

Mine didn’t I was going to purchase one but added an extra grocery hook instead.

Curious on what you use your net for.

Bought an inexpensive one on Amazon, for my 2017 A5 cab. Works great. Going to get one for the wife’s 2018 A5 coupe.

    Which one did you get?

I was surprised also that one didn’t come with the car, but whatever, they aren’t too expensive, but when I did some measuring and shopping, I didn’t find a good “fit” just yet.

How well do the nets work? I purchased a cargo trunk box from Amazon which is made from fabric and has hooks on the side to attach to tie down points. Keeps shit from rolling side to side, but is too bulky if I want to put a stroller back there, I then have to unhook and turn sideways.

I used the one from my old B6 S4 in my old B8.5 and my B9. Works fine.

Quite well. Just slide things under the net and they don’t move all over the place. Otherwise just pack over the top of it.

Cool, thanks! That’s the one I saw as well. Did you just put the hooks on the “middle” Bunje to make use of the OEM tie downs?

Just left them where they were and connected them to the tie downs.

And if you opted to install the 2nd grocery bag hook, that works well for incorporating the cargo net into a vertical orientation
