We'll have to book a photoshoot for the our new splitter and the carbon fiber skirts, They will compliment the wheels very well. I don't know why but there is something about CF and bronze mmmmm!

Hey Mops, Love the bottom one for S5 Sportback in 20. Also like BBS C1 in 20" . How wide a wheel and tire can I use? Offset etc.

    Hello sir!

    Indeed. I think the FF11 looks fantastic!! For the FF11, you'd run the 20x9 ET25 or 20x10.5 ET35. With the CI-R, you'd run the 20x9. I have a clip of the 20x9 CI-R.. one sec.

You 100% cannot run the 285 with the 20x10.5. You'll almost certainly rub the arches. And with the 9", I suppose you could, but the 275/30 will look quite meaty. Even the 265 look meaty on a 9", so no, the 285 would not be used no matter the wheel specs.

    Here is our S5 on 20x9 ET25 on 265/30 -

As long as the spoke profile clears your front calipers. The maker/supplier should have that info. The actual specs are fine as long as you use 275/30. 👍🏼

Looking for some recommendations on offset and width to get for a set of Niche Misanos. Will be using my stock Conti 255-35-19 tires. This is for a S5 SB.

I would say 9" ET22 is optimal. Stock is 8.5 ET32 on 255. And 10-12mm spacers work great with those.

Thanks for the response. Couldn’t I just get wheels with a greater offset instead of using spacers? I’ve never had wheels with spacers or rings before.

For width, the only options I have are 8.5, 9.5 and 10.

    Certainly!

What are the 8.5 and 9.5 offset options?

I would go 8.5 +25. That will position your wheels 7mm outboard from your stock wheels. And you can bump to 265/35 when you need tires for a really nice look.

Finally got them mounted. Went with matte black and swapped over my stock Contis. Happy with the look, but would definitely look better with an extra inch.

Just noticed this request, I run them for winter. 19x9.5" ET35 plus 15/20mm spacers with 275/35R19 in this set up. Will have new ones on soon in 19x9.5" ET29 plus spacers with same tires.

Just ran into a Pal that did 20x10" Misanos with 285/25/20......said there was no rubbing...perfect fit? I really want to go 285 if possible.

    S5 or RS5? Should have been 285/30/20.

I would personally want to do 285, but those specs will not allow for it. The offset is too low. 275/30 would be the tire size for these.

S5. Is there an available offset that would work with F11 and 285? Would prefer HRE over NICHE I think.

The 20x10.5 ET35 with 285 would work with spacers. Maybe a 3mm, could take 5mm. It's not been done AFAIK.

Do you mind to ask your buddy what make/model 285 he runs and his wheel offset? He's nailed a very slim margin with that fitment - would be good to know what he's running.

Wonder why it hasn't been done? Spacers on FF11 to clear suspension I assume ? I just sent an email to find out Misano spec he did on S5.

Wheel is 20x10.5 et 25. Tire was 285/25/20. I agree 285/30/20 makes more sense as its slightly bigger.

Hi guys, quick fitment question... the current wheel specs for my S5 is 19”x8.5” with a 32 offset. Do you think a 19”x9.5” wheel with a 32 offset will work with a stock size 255 tire? If I am understanding this right the increased width of the wheel should bring the offset out about 1/2 inch (12.5mm) out on either side.

I wanted to run the the tires that came on the car into the ground before upgrading to a 20” setup and my stock wheels are now my dedicated winters. Was looking at the Advanti Hybris 19x9.5 +35 /66.6mm bore. Just not sure that stretch won’t be too much.

Picked up our new s5 sportback today. I have my tsw nurburgrings from my s6 to run as my second season set.... (Currently I have my snows on the oems). I was going to have them powder coated black, but the gunmetal doesn't look too bad, right?? The wheel is just mocked up, but it's 20" just like the oem. The perspective makes it look larger! Open to opinions.

They're going to fantastic I think. 20x9 ET35? That's 6mm inboard from your stock wheels FYI. But yea, I like black wheels, but I'm feeling the GM finish.

If you can make the offset work, I think do look great in gunmetal. It also looks like you have the black optics on your car, so if gunmetal gets boring you can always refinish them black and it will still look good.

I agree. Thanks. And you're right, it has the BO. I can't See the offset being an issue. From what I can tell, oem is 34 and the nurbs are 35.

Since I have the winters on the oem's, and they're likely more durable, I'll probably end up putting the summers on the nurburgrings. Same way I did it on the s6.

    I think / hope so!

Correct, they're 35. From what I found, the oem OEM BO 20'S are 34. I could be wrong.
