    Seat Stitching uncomfortable

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
    I recently purchased a 2019 Audi A3 Quattro, Premium Plus, S line.
It has black sport seats with very heavy stitching on the bottom half which rubs on my legs, especially during turns. (see photo)
I am of average build, 5'9" 170 lbs.
Can something be done to prevent this irritation?
I spoke to the dealership and all they could suggest is a seat cover.

My old 2001 Acura CL Type S had sports type seats without any stitching.
Perhaps a design change is in order?

    Hello Bitman,

If you'd like I'd be happy to take down your contact info and VIN and register a complaint here in our system to share with the product support and design teams. Seat comfort is very important to us as a manufacturer but I would encourage you to continue working with the dealer on further solutions at this point in time.

    Thank you,
    Vincenzo F.
