BC Racing Coilovers Need input on spring rates

So i picked up a B6 S4 as a parts car, fixed a few problems and "Parts" car is now a fun toy...But the H&R coilovers with shot dampers are Not adding to the fun in any way, in fact i'd go with they add a certain scary edge to high speed runs.
So need new coilovers and am looking at BC Racing BR's, and have heard good things about them when paired with the Swift spring upgrade.
From what i can find the BR's for the S come with 12k front and 12k rear spring rate, what i'm looking for is what spring rates people have gone with in Swift springs.
Have they stayed with 12k and 12k or gone with a higher rate, i did find mention of 14k and 22k but that may be a more track oriented rate?
Car is not going to be a daily driver and i don't track, but I do like a car to handle well when pushed.
    Anyone out there with a B6 B7 S4 running BR's ?

I run this setup, without the swift springs. I bought them 2nd hand from another AZ member. All in all I would say that they do offer a much more aggressive feel over the stock suspension, the front springs can be pre-loaded and adjusted for height without changing the pre-load on them. I find that the back end is a little bouncy, but it sticks through the corners very well (RS4 Hotchkis anti-sway bar too). Swift makes an excellent product and a stiffer spring might help the back end problem. I have the fronts dialed way back on dampening too just because you will feel everything in the road if you keep them super stiff. Given what you get at this price point from the BR it's hard to go wrong.

What's your ride height and is your set regular drop or extreme drop?

Regular drop... I couldn’t tell you my exact height, but I’ve got it pretty much maxed out so probably close to 10mm drop

I think that he extreme drop might be a bit much for our heavy cars.... there’s lots of room to play with, with the normal ones

That's what I was thinking, I would like lower than stock but not as low as it was. The PO was running the H&R's that are on it really low in the front, I raised the fronts about 12mm to be able to clear speed humps without having to creep over.
    How's the finish holding up?

Finish is holding up well, they have been winter driven and I clean them in the spring. The rear damper adjustment is getting quite stiff tho. They really are designed well.

Did you go with the adjuster extenders?

I did not, but they would keep the adjustment out of the muck from the road. I purchased the set 2nd hand, but BC was still very good at helping with some of the install questions I had. They also sent me a few missing pieces at no charge, even though I didn't purchase new from them.
