    You can look at the ross tech wiki too, I just find it difficult wading.

    Is there a simple list available somewhere. I have no access to bentley manual, and couldnt find them on rosstech either.

    Could someone enlighten?

    If you really want to log the PID variables, go to Nefmoto and create an account, then download a copy of ME7logger. You can log way more variables at a much better sample rate than VCDS. If you also grab a copy of ECUxplot then you can create graphs of your logs for easier readability...
