    He basically had used a press like one used to press in a bushing on the control arm BUT HAD A FABRICATED CIRCULAR brass plate with the same wheel diameter and starts carefully “trueing” the wheel back by pressing in to its original designed location.

    Price before was 50.00 a wheel, now it’s at 150.00 starting and but will be done right
