Can someone comment on compatibility between A6, A6 s-line, and S6... both C7 and C7.5? MOST spoilers I see on eBay say "A6" and 2012-2018 (sometimes 2017).... implying A6 is different than S6 (and S-line?), but that C7 is same as C7.5. Yet, I've seen a few posts suggesting A6 S-line has same bumper/fascia as S6. Would be surprised if trunk was different, then.

I have a C7 S6 and would like to know if spoilers that show as being compatible "only" with A6 will actually fit the S6. I have a feeling "S-line" is key and that A6 S-line works with S6, but that's it. I asked a few vendors, but they simply referred to the compatibility list on their auctions... but I didn't feel like they actually knew the answer but were just being safe.

The C7, C7.5, A6, S6, non-S-line, and S-line trunks are all the same so the spoilers should fit all. I asked the same thing of a vendor and they also said the spoiler I was interested in only fit a specific set of years. They are taking the safe approach.

The front fascias are different. There was a facelift from C7 to C7.5. There is also a difference between S-line and non-S-line. A6 S-line is a S6 body.

The only difference I’d like to add is that the S6 from factory comes with that little lip on the trunk. You’ll have to take that off first to fit another on.

Much appreciated... this is what I had hoped (and expected) to hear. Off to scour eBay...
